The CRM Development Manager is a critical member of the Commercial IT Team and reports to the Director of Commercial Systems. Working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for all CRM (SFDC) development, release and environment management. This includes all development efforts for production support, new initiatives and running a robust environment management strategy. The CRM Development Manager will lead a team of at least 3-5 in-house developers and launch an off-shore support model as well. Specific functions of this role include oversight of development standards, planning developer sprints and deliverables, career growth for development team, all release management and implementation of a robust environment model. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead a development staff including on-shore and off-shore resources, deep technical knowledge of Salesforce.com and has been involved in enforcing organized development standards. This is not necessarily a hands-on developer role, however if time permits the manager may also be asked to assist with complex development efforts. The CRM Development Manager will partner with our CRM architect and solution designers to assist in creation of new features within SFDC to meet business needs and align with the platform architecture.
