The Director, Inside Sales leads and motivates a team of sales supervisors and representatives to meet sales targets through the effective pull through of end users (patients) for the OmniPod Insulin Delivery System. This is a hands-on sales role that will be responsible for providing strong leadership, achieving sales targets, and managing sales rep productivity with a growing inside sales team. Sales goals are achieved by hiring, training, and coaching employees to develop their selling skills and to effectively manage their sales business and pipeline.
This individual will work closely with the field management team to pull thorough sales qualified leads driven by outside sales. This role is also responsible for managing external sales agencies and third party distributors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success driving sales results through strong management skills, demonstrated experience managing all aspects of an inside/outside sales team, and a solid understanding and grasp of business analytics and the budgeting process.
