Due to company growth, this role is a newly created position located at the London headquarters office and reports directly to the VP of Sales. The primary responsibilities are centered on the partnership between finance and the sales team to provide sound analytical support for key decision making. Primary responsibilities include development of KPI reporting; driving the process of setting and maintaining quota calculations and presenting commission reports and analysis; leading CRM support within SFDC (Salesforce.com); and special analysis related to sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a key cross-functional role, expert Excel-based modeling and analytical skills as well as an ability to contribute creative, yet practical solutions to problems. Experience with SFDC preferred.
