The Senior Manager of Mobile Solutions is responsible for overseeing all efforts surrounding Insulet’s customer portal, PodderCentral™. The PodderCentral™ platform is currently delivered via web, mobile web, and a native IOS/Android app. This individual will be responsible for leading all tactical efforts, including running projects, managing internal/external resources, budget oversight, driving Agile processes, quarterly enhancement processes and continuous monitoring to drive future direction of the platform. He/She will also play a critical role in the strategic direction of the platform in partnership with other members of IT, Customer Care, Marketing and R&D. The successful candidate will take a customer facing solution that is in its infancy and transform it into a best in class companion product to our medical device. This is a fantastic opportunity to be on the cutting edge of patient mobile, IOT and big data services to compliment a successful medical device product. This position will own the PodderCentral™ platform from an IT perspective and be responsible for partnering with business units to ensure the team is delivering what is important to our Patients and aligns with Insulet’s global corporate roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead an online solution’s strategic and tactical development, and run complicated projects that involve many different actors across business units and consulting vendors. He/She must also clearly comprehend business process and context, while also having technical background to assist with design and review of complicated process impacts between our external and internal processes.
