  • Position Summary

    The IT Operations Analyst is a critical member of the International IT Team.  Working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will support Insulet International's Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics functions through business processes definition, analysis of business problems, analytics, proposal/design/configuration/ implementation of technical solutions, and continued development of the partnership with our International Supply Chain Operations and Finance organization.  The BA will focus on projects, processes and initiatives related to Finance, Supply Chain and Distribution on our ERP platforms, including integration with our European based 4PL partners.  The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to comprehend business process and context, while also having technical skills to design and configure appropriate technical solutions.

     

    This role can be based in London, UK, or in Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform business and systems analysis work; conduct requirements gathering/analysis via information gathering sessions with business users and technical staff.  Develop supporting process flows.
    • Conduct analysis of existing business processes; recommend process improvements.
    • Primary liaison between Insulet IT and international supply chain, finance and logistics functions.
    • Primary owner for the International ERP landscape which includes Insulet ERP and also ERP systems provided by our EU Partners. These systems will provide order to cash, procure to pay and record to report features.
    • Responsible for providing data expertise related to operational reporting and analytics.  
    • Support the development of training materials and training sessions with business users to improve adoption and efficient use of all systems related to the Operations job functions.
    • Assist in the evaluation of third party tools for feasibility and impact to the business.
    • Support the design and implementation of integrations between AX and external systems used internationally.
    • Create and maintain business requirement documentation that can include use cases, process flows, and system interface diagrams.
    • Create design documentation based on business requirements.
    • Communicate effectively with business users on the status of enhancements and projects.
    • Support users in the development of test plans and test execution.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • At least 3 years of experience working with ERP system in a BA / Functional role utilizing the following modules:
      • Order to Cash
      • Inventory Management
      • Sales and Marketing
      • Intercompany transactions (multicurrency included.)
      • Procurement and Sourcing
      • Warehouse Management
      • 3PL Integrations for Supply Chain Distribution
    • At least 2 years of experience working on large projects or programs related to Finance, Supply Chain or Distribution.
    • Experience working in a regulated environment as well as International experience is desired.
    • Proven ability to provide business analysis and system configuration deliverables related to process improvement.
    • Experience supporting or working with Finance or Supply Chain organizations, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device or other regulatory controlled industry.
    • ERP system Certification(s) preferred.
    • Proven knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle.

    • Ability to work independently & on multiple projects against deadlines.
    • Experience in the healthcare, pharma or medical device industry a plus.
