Insulet is looking for a dynamic Consumer/Patient Marketing Director to join our growing marketing team. This role will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns focused on acquisition and retention. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute a holistic strategy to measure and drive awareness, acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for managing a team that creates compelling marketing content that attracts qualified leads, nurtures prospects/customers, increases awareness and establishes loyalty with our ongoing Podder base.
This role will focus on creating a comprehensive plan and then executing on that plan to drive conversions through a combination of channels with a specific focus on health plan/provider lead generation, marketing automation, content/inbound/outbound marketing, email, social media and data analytics. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, a big thinker, and strong team player who takes great pride in the quality, precision, and measurable results of his/her work. Candidates should ideally have direct to patient marketing experience in the healthcare or biosciences spaces (medical device experience preferred) as well as direct to consumer marketing experience, and enjoy not only developing the strategy but also implementing the plan and measuring results. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must for effective customer and stakeholder management.
Must be highly motivated, have the ability to balance multiple projects along with operating efficiently and quickly while having some fun along the way!
